Space Availability - Houston Christian University Moody Library

HCU Faculty and Staff can reserve the library classroom yourself now. Go to the library home and scroll down to Book A Room or you can go directly to the site at http://hbu.libcal.com on your laptop or smart device. For problems, you can come to the Circulation Desk. The library classroom work under the following conditions:

1. Only HCU faculty and staff can reserve the room.
2. The room can be reserved in advance.
3. The room is for group meeting only. We prefer class orietation or class meet.
4. The room can be reserved in any combination up to thirteen hours. The user making the reservation will need to check in at the Circulation Desk.
5. The room cannot be used by individuals. It is intended for group meet.
6. Food or drinks are allowed in the room.
7. The room is not sound proof so please keep the conversation at a normal volume.

NOTE: Many groups spaces in various areas around the library (except the quiet wing) so you may not necessarily need a room. If the room is full, you can meet elsewhere in the building or on the second floor of the Baugh Dining Hall or the Hodo.
